original chill-n-go® 2-bottle wine carrier. This isn't one of the modern cheap knock-offs; it's a vintage piece from the original Go Lightly Mfg. Co. out of San Leandro, California (the company eventually moved in the mid-80s, which dates this bag perfectly). Condition & Details: Built to Last: It's made from heavy-duty, deep maroon nylon that still has a great shine. The stitching is solid, and it has a real commercial grade feel to it. The Interior: Features a thick, padded center divider so your bottles don't clank together. The insulation is surprisingly thick—it was designed to keep wine at temperature for hours. Convenience: There is a dedicated internal slot for your corkscrew (see photos) so you aren't digging for it at the bottom. Closure: The heavy-duty Velcro at the top is still very grabby and seals tight. Size: Comfortably fits two standard 750ml wine or champagne bottles. This is a great find for a wine professional or someone who wants a sturdy, American-made carrier with some history behind it. It's clean, smells neutral, and is ready to use for your next tasting or picnic. Fast shipping from a smoke-free home.
