Right at Home offers this service to clients living in and around Mitcham, Streatham, Streatham Hill, East Dulwich, West Dulwich, Dulwich Village, West Norwood, South Norwood, Penge, Upper Sydenham, Lower Sydenham, Crystal Palace, Upper Norwood, Norbury, Thornton Heath, Furzedown, Streatham Vale, Tooting Bec Common & Anerley. Examples of 24-hour care need could be clients with dementia who are prone to putting themselves at risk by wandering when confused, or support for those with poor mobility who are unable to move around their home without assistance or need the reassurance of having someone there. 24-hour care is also often needed as our elderly loved ones approach the end of their lives, at which time we provide complete palliative care.
